इससे wiring करते समय वायरमैन को काफी आसानी होती है और जब कभी भी वायरिंग में कोई गड़बड़ी हो जाती है तो उसे ठीक करने में भी काफी आसानी होती है।

Earthing Wire Colour। घरेलू वायरिंग में अर्थिंग वायर का रंग कैसा होता है?
घरेलू वायरिंग में अर्थिंग वायर (Earthing Wire) का रंग पीला तथा हरा होता है, किंतु हमारे भारत देश में अर्थिंग वायर का रंग हरा होता है।

Neutral Wire Colour। न्यूट्रल वायर कलर
न्यूट्रल वायर का रंग नीला तथा काला(Blue and Black) होता है।
काले तार विद्युत परिपथ में तटस्थ तार को दर्शाते हैं। प्राकृतिक तार एक विद्युत पैनल के अंदर तटस्थ बार से जुड़े होते हैं। एक बार और प्रवाहकीय धातु बार है, जो वितरण उद्देश्य के लिए विद्युत प्रवाह को आकर्षित करता है।
ब्लैक वायर को केवल ब्लैक वायर से जोड़ा जा सकता है और किसी अन्य रंग के तार से नहीं।
ब्लैक वायर न्यूट्रल होने के कारण चार्ज करता है। यह मुख्य रूप से असंतुलित भार को वहन करता है यानी रिटर्न करंट जिसे हम कहते हैं। रिटर्न करंट (Return Current) वह बिजली है, जिसका उपयोग नहीं किया जा रहा है और विद्युत बोर्ड को रिटर्न करंट है।

अर्थिंग वायर (Earthing Wire) का रंग हरा (Green) होता है।
ग्रीन वायर इलेक्ट्रिकल सर्किट में ग्राउंडिंग या अर्थिंग के लिए खड़ा है। एक ग्रीन वायर ऑन होना चाहिए जिसे केवल ग्रीन वायर से जोड़ा जा सकता है (कोई अन्य तार नहीं)।
ग्राउंडिंग तार (Earth Wire) आमतौर पर रोशनी और पंखे के लिए नहीं होते हैं। हरे रंग के तार मुख्य रूप से सॉकेट के उद्देश्य के लिए उपयोग किए जाते हैं।
